Grand Marshall was a military rank used by the Ice Warriors and the Silurians. Ice Warrior Grand Marshalls included Skaldak, (TV: Cold War) Virgo Ssabar Sstac, (AUDIO: The Dance of the Dead) Raxlyr (AUDIO: The Prisoner of Peladon) and a Grand Marshall encountered by the Second Doctor.
