A security team was a squad of security personnel.
In the year 2368 of a parallel universe, a security team was assembled aboard the USS Enterprise-D, consisting of the Klingon Lieutenant Worf and three human subordinates, to back up Captain Jean-Luc Picard and Lieutenant Commander Data as well as the Eleventh Doctor and his companions Amy Pond and Rory Williams as they boarded a Cyber-ship.
