Timmy Smith was a boy who, on the morning of 24 November 1963, invented the world's first Doctor Who joke:
- "Knock knock!"
- "Who's there?"
- "Doctor!"
- "Doctor Who?"
- "Come along, Susan! Into the TARDIS, hmm?"
