An incarnation of Omega, already a member of the Triumvirate, emerged from regeneration as "a huge man with wide shoulders and muscular arms" in a "definite drift from the regenerative norm", leading some Gallifreyan observers to speculate his body was a genetic memory of "the dark time". At one point, he stretched out his arms in a way that made him look like a "barbarian king". (PROSE: Remembrance of the Daleks)
