Cyberman

The Cybus Cybermen originated in another universe, where they were created by the John Lumic, the owner of Cybus Industries. (DW: Rise of the Cybermen)
Unlike the Mondasian Cybermen, these Cybermen were created by taking the brain of humans and placing them in Cyberman bodies. These new Cybermen where without a Cyber-Leader and their only weapons were their electrified hands. They were also programed with a computer chip that disabled them from seeing their new form as a Cyberman.
When they crossed void and entered our world, they now had built-in lasers and were under the leadership of a Cyber-Leader.
