Andicapp

Andicapp was an Egyptian pharaoh. During their investigation of the Doctor in popular culture and mythology, Tim Quinn and Dicky Howett uncovered the lost tomb of Andicapp, where they found a papyrus dating back to 1000 BC or so. It depicted, among other things, the Fifth Doctor and a Cyberman. (NOTVALID: Who Was 'Ere!)
Behind the scenes
- Andicapp's name betrays the parodical nature of Who Was 'Ere! (one of the stories in The Doctor Who Fun Book), as it is a pun on the English word "handicap".
