K.A.O.S., (PROSE: Agents Observation Test) also known as KAOS, (PROSE: Agents' Merit Award Test 3) was an organisation for which Ivor Rakoff was an agent. (PROSE: Agents Observation Test)

Maxie Smart was not an agent of KAOS. (PROSE: Agents' Merit Award Test 3)

During Rakoff's time as an agent, they held Maxie Smart and 99 captive. (PROSE: Agents Observation Test)
