A "Type VIII" Black Dalek, its casing identical to Dalek Sec, was an inmate of the Dalek Asylum planet which persisted in the post-Time War universe. The Dalek was present when the planet was destroyed in the Asylum Incident. (TV: Asylum of the Daleks)
