Another template that I've been wishing to change is {{maintenance}}, which uses the old name of our wiki. So, clearly, at least certain templates are not to be edited by non-admins.
Since my last post here, I've created {{date stub}}, although the other existing stub templates appear to be locked...
I don't suppose an admin can come along and clear this up?
