Korven
The Korven were a species of cold-loving humanoids.
Biology
The Korven were green-skinned humanoids with large wing-like ears, 2 horns on their heads and 4 horns on their chin. The Korven were adapted to cold temperatures. (K9: The Korven)
Technology
The Korven who came to 2050 from 2618 had a wrist-mounted device capable of draining minds. Using a process called Leeching, it could extract the thoughts of an individual, leaving only an empty shell. During this process the Korven focused all their will on the victim, leaving them oblivious to outside forces. The wrist device also could stop people from speaking for ten minutes and shoot energy beams. The Korven also had means to create an immobilizing force fields, as well as causing levitation. In order to make conquered worlds more suitable for them they use Eco-Pods which Terraform the planet to their world's standards. [source needed]
History
Before 2050 a Korven spacecraft carrying a Space-Time Manipulator crashed on Earth. The Manipulator was later captured by The Department. [source needed]
In the year 2480, the Korven attacked Earth, but were unable to conquer it because of its heat. Hostility between Humanity and the Korven continued to at least the year 2618.
In 2618, the Korven learned that a device would be made in 2050 that would lower the Earth's temperature. One travelled back to 2050 using Professor Alistair Gryffen's Space-Time Manipulator. It kidnapped him, planning to steal the information of the device from his brain. Before it could do so, Darius, Starkey, Jorjie and K-9 tracked it down, with K-9 eventually incinerating it.
