Maximilian Elliot Ford, also known as Max, was a victim of a computer virus. Toshiko Sato and Stephen Heinz tracked him because he had the same birth date as Stephen. He had downloaded music of a torrent site. Tosh warned him about what he had done. The virus used him as interface to talk to Tosh. (AUDIO: torchwood_cascade_CDRIP.tor)
