Bradley Ford played Fleming in the Doctor Who television story Into the Dalek.
Ford was also credited as Fleming in the closing credits of Dark Water, though he does not actually appear; it is presumed that he was in a scene that was cut very late in the editing process - late enough that he was also credited in the Radio Times.[1] As of August 2020, he is still credited on the official BBC website listing for the episode.[2]
