Ephra Shevons

Ephra Shevons was part of a war on Mellacron. Sorn told her what had happened. When Leela, Veklin and Rasmus arrived on the planet, she showed them it's history. Veklin used her as a shield to get back to the TARDIS. She suggested Sorn to change the story line but this didn't work completely. She became hysterical to get Sorn to save her and the galaxy. She thanked Sorn for trying to save the galaxy allowing her to be born before he detonated. (AUDIO: Collateral Victim)
