As recorded in the Dalek Combat Training Manual published during the Last Great Time War, the Time Lords were aware of "an account" detailing the appearance of Stained-Glass Daleks on the planet Strellin. This was recorded as one of the "anomalies" of Dalek history, which were derived from "books, sound recordings and pictorial records".
