The Seaspite Incident was the name given by The Secret Lives of Monsters to the event in which the Sea Devils, supported by the Master, attempted to reclaim the Earth. (TV: The Sea Devils, PROSE: The Secret Lives of Monsters) The Master recorded it in their Masterplan Journal as the Underwater Undertaking. (PROSE: The Secret Diary of the Master)
