Perganon was a civilisation that perished in the Last Great Time War. It was mentioned by Lassar to the Tenth Doctor. In an attempt to tempt the Doctor into joining the Krillitanes in their plans, Lassar suggested they could save Perganon by using the Skasis Paradigm. (TV: School Reunion)
