Juggling balls were balls that could be tossed by an individual for their own amusement or entertainment, like with juggling, or used to play a game of catch with. The Toymaker conjured a juggling balls into existence using his elemental powers to juggle in front of the Fourteenth Doctor and Donna Noble while in Soho, 1925.
