The third untitled game in Terry Nation's Dalek Special starred the Fourth Doctor and saw him lost in a Dalek maze. To be played in 60 seconds, the game had a simplistic story and featured no companion, but due to the inherent multiple-choices nature of a maze game, it is not considered a valid source by this Wiki at present.
Publisher's summary
Lost in a Dalek maze, Dr Who has to reach the exist and safety. He can go under and over the passages, but not past a Dalek. There is a 60-second time limit!

- "Dr Who" is used in this game to refer to the Fourth Doctor, even though using this name for the character in narrative media was starting to wane by that point, and he is called "the Doctor" elsewhere in Terry Nation's Dalek Special.
