The Daily Record was a newspaper in London during the 1960s. On one occasion, their front page story read "TIME AND SPACE TRAVELLER RESIDING IN LONDON" and discussed the Second Doctor's residing in the Carlton Grange Hotel. Rowan Cartright read this article, and decided to seek the Doctor out for experiments about the effects of space and time travel on the human body. (COMIC: The Mark of Terror)
