Panda
Wise Old Mog was the leader of the Rifkind created by Mister Rifkind.
Since Mister Rifkind left Samhain and went "over the bridge", Mog and the rest of the Rifkind decided to continue his legacy by gathering broken objects and toys to give them new life. The Rifkind developed a rivalry with Master Maker and his clockwork monkeys due to the fact that he would intentionally break items to create contraptions from them. When the Rifkind encountered Brenda Soobie and Panda, Mog suggested showing them the memorial that they created for Mister Rifkind and various other well-known Samhain residents who had also gone "over the bridge" including Olivia Price, Will Owen and Peter Wilde. Brenda managed to work out that "over the bridge" was not an euphemism for death but instead referred to the bridge which was the only point of contact between Samhain and the outside world.
Brenda and Panda attempted to leave Samhain across the bridge but found themselves unable to endure the journey. Upon their return, Master Maker and his clockwork monkeys fashioned them a sled to make the journey easier and the pair set off again this time being accompanied by Mog. On the other side of the bridge Mog was reduced to being a stuffed animal. Brenda and Panda encountered Mister Rifkind who had a moment of familiarity with Mog but ultimately refused to return to Samhain. Brenda and Panda returned alone and in doing so Mog's sentience returned.
