History
The Eleventh Doctor held the straw in a café in Utah in 2011 while talking to Amy and Rory, explaining that he got up to go get his special straw from the TARDIS, to add more fizz to his drink while he waited to figure out who sent him his invitation. (TV: The Impossible Astronaut)
The Eleventh Doctor later used — and named — the straw to drink soda pop during his time in Area 51 to retain his sanity. (PROSE: Three Months, Three Companions.)
