Cleric Phillip was a cleric who investigated the crash of the Byzantium to help capture a Weeping Angel. (TV: The Time of Angels) Later, he helped to protect Amy Pond before being sent to investigate a mysterious light and erased from existence. (TV: Flesh and Stone)
