Sharon was Amy Pond's aunt. She became Amy's guardian after her mother (although maybe not true, as she apperars in the pandorica opens and/or the big bang, although this could be because of the time energy) and father died. She moved with Amy to Leadworth when she was little. (DW: The Eleventh Hour)
