---No, it was too poorly built. It would have to be an amateur who built it. Well, a group of amateurs. The autopilot, I think, suggests organisation-type thinking. Question is, how did they know to make it? They must have gotten Timelord tech somehow. I would say either the cracks allowed whomever built it to obtain this info, or they are somehow involved in causing the cracks. - Time rotor in the middle, 4 stations (instead of 6) around the sides of it, recovery protocols the Doctor recognizes, bigger on the inside, chameleon and perception filter circuits... if this Tardis is a hack job, it's impressive. And the ep is followed by a mystical high-tech prison. Call me a broken record, but I'm thinking of a name with four letters that starts with an 'R.'
