Several Daleks, including a Gold Dalek, a Skaro City- or Mechanus Attack-like Blue Dalek, and a Grey Dalek, were employed at a dysfunctional call centre for a banking company, alongside various other robotic beings. (TV: Robots Ad [+]Loading...["Robots Ad (TV story)"])

Behind the scenes

The Gold Dalek and unused Imperial Dalek being loaded in for transportation after shooting wrapped.[1]

This Dalek and the Grey Dalek, among the props provided by Retro Universal Robots at the behest of BBC Worldwide, were both played by the same Dalek operator, Andrew Corson, in different shots that were then spliced into the same edit. Although there is prominent footage of it in the behind-the-scenes featurette released on Facebook by RUR, it is only very briefly seen in the background in two shots within the actual production, first gliding in front of the octopus-looking robot, and then a few seconds later gliding behind the Cyber Girl.[1]
