Sorting under "S"?

Does anyone know why "Unbound Doctor/Appearances" is still sorting under "S" on category pages? Changing the page's sort template from {{TitleSort}} to {{DEFAULTSORT:Doctor, Unbound/Appearances}} has had no effect on its placement. I would assume this is some sort of holdover from the page having previously been named "The Doctor (Sympathy for the Devil) - list of appearances", but I don’t know if something is outdated on the admin end or if it's just a bug. The page Unbound Doctor itself doesn’t have this problem, despite a similar naming history. Fennel Soup ☎ 19:05, 1 October 2024 (UTC)
