Thanks for your recent edits! I'm Jimbo, your robot wiki representative! We hope you'll keep on editing with us. This is actually a great time to have joined, because we're now fully independent, and working on a host of new features!

We've got a couple of important quirks for a fan written wiki, so let's get them out of the way first.

British English, please

We generally use British English 'round these parts, so if you use another form of English, please be sure you set your spell checker to BrEng, and take a gander at our spelling cheat card.

Spoilers aren't cool

We have a strict definition of "spoiler" that you may find a bit unusual. Basically, a spoiler, to us, is anything that comes from a story which has not been released yet. So, even if you've got some info from a BBC press release or official trailer, it basically can't be referenced here. In other words, you gotta wait until the episode has finished its premiere broadcast to start editing about its contents. Please check the spoiler policy for more details.

Other useful stuff

Aside from those two things, we also have some pages that you should probably read when you get a chance, like:

If you're brand new to wiki editing — and we all were, once! —  you probably want to check out these tutorials at Wikipedia, the world's largest wiki:

Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes like this:

Series 5 Titles

Where did you get the Title. Saviour of Planet Earth??? If you can reference it we will keep it but if not it has been deleted. -- Michael Downey 15:17, February 7, 2010 (UTC)

New Series 5 Titles

You just added new titles, citing http://drwhospoilers.webs.com/ as your source.

Do you have any reason to believe that this site is reliable, or even notable? It seems like a webs.com site that someone slapped together in 2 minutes earlier today. The only other piece of content is a group of 3 long-public shots from the filming of the first episode, posted as if they were some kind of exciting spoiler.

If you have more information, I'd suggest posting it on the talk page for Series 5.

If not, I'll go undo your changes, unless someone else gets to it first. --Falcotron 01:16, May 9, 2010 (UTC)

No, sorry about that. I just thought that The Pandorica Opens was a name a lot of people were talking about. So I thought it could have been right. ~ BillyWilliam3rd

More stuff

I notice that you added a page for The Pandorica Opens. Is there a source for this title other than the webs.com site?

You listed "Sontar (rumoured)" as a location. Where's that rumour from?

Where did the picture titled "pandoras-box.jpg" come from?

Is it confirmed somewhere that the two final episodes are only 45 minutes long?

Assuming this is all correct and sourceable, since people are going to challenge all 3 of your new pages, as well as the changes to the series 5 page, and to the template (although it looks like that's someone else), it probably makes sense to put all the source info on the series 5 talk page and point everyone there so people don't start deleting and reverting things before you can add ref tags. --Falcotron 01:27, May 9, 2010 (UTC)

SPOILERS.JPG

You uploaded File:SPOILERS.JPG and added it to The Big Bang.

You listed the license as "BBC screenshot", but in the description you wrote "(A picture I have found about the finale.)".

Where did you find it? You need to provide the source, and how you know that it's actually a screenshot. --Falcotron 20:27, June 3, 2010 (UTC)

Also, you put the size as "2 x 50px" instead of "250px", which completely destroys the formatting of the page. --Falcotron 20:29, June 3, 2010 (UTC)

Appearances

Please do not list any character as having appeared in an episode that has not aired yet, such as The Big Bang. Thank-you. The Thirteenth Doctor 13:33, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

Do you mean Blowfish? coz they did. ~ BillyWilliam3rd
