The 416th issue of Doctor Who Magazine was current from 10 December 2009 through 6 January 2010.

This was the last issue produced under the logo used for series 1 through 4.

It served as the sendoff issue for David Tennant, the Tenth Doctor, and the first Russell T Davies production era altogether, detailing the The End of Time, the last Tenth Doctor story, and the last full-length Doctor Who story Tennant and Davies would work together on until 2023's The Star Beast.
