The Uvodni Emperor was the ruler of the Uvodni race and their empire. He lead his species and their allies into battle with the Malakh.
The Emperor himself announced a treaty was signed, and there is peace between the two factions.
A hologram of him announcing peace was hidden by the robotic Mistress from Uvlavad Kudlak, beacuse peace didn't compute and she needed more children for the war. (SJA: Warriors of Kudlak)
