The Sclaponian Dragonfly is a dangerous creature from the Sclaponian home planet. The Doctor was once daydreaming about the wife of the Sclaponian Grand Vizier and nearly lost a leg to a Sclaponian Dragonfly. (PDA: Island of Death)

Evidently the Sclaponian Dragonfly is either carnivorous or very territorial.
