Disciples of Saxon

The Disciples of Saxon was a sinister cult who worshipped Harold Saxon. The cult was (likely) formed during the time Harold Saxon served as British Prime Minister. (DW: The Sound of Drums/Last of the Time Lords), then went on to resurrect The Master in with the Potion of Life (DW: The End of Time). He had prepared them to do so should he be killed. When his funeral fire had been burnt down, a hand can be seen collecting The Master's ring which was in fact a hand belonging to a member of the Disciples of Saxon. (DW: Last of the Time Lords)

The resurrection went wrong, however, because Lucy Saxon's family had calculated an opposing potion to the Potions of Life, in preparations for his predicted return. Lucy used it and sacrificed herself, blowing up Broadfell Prison. She along with all the disciples were killed, though The Master still survived. (DW: The End of Time)
