The Shansheeth were a species known as galactic undertakers. They traveled through space to return lost heroes to their kin.
History
In 2010 they returned the Doctor to Earth, proclaiming him dead. They were lying, he was trapped but escaped through use of Artron energy. The Shansheeth confronted and attacked him. (SJA: Death of the Doctor)
