- The Trojan prophetess who foretold the fall of her city to the Greeks. Katarina served as Cassandra's handmaiden before joining the Doctor in his travels ("The Myth Makers").
- The Lady Cassandra O'Brien, "the last pure human," encountered by the Doctor during the events of "The End of the World" and "New Earth."
