Sean "Bernie" Harris was a 19 year old petty thief from Splott.
Biography
Sean got thrown out of his house and bought a flat on Evelyn Street. He got his nickname Bernie at the age of 12 when he burned down his neighbours shed.
At some point he stole a quantum transducer and started to see things that had happened and thought about selling it at Antiques Roadshow after watching Cash in the Attic. Among other things he saw the murder of Lizzie Lewis. He tried to blackmail her killer.
He also saw a possible future where he got killed. (TW: Ghost Machine)
