Lou, along with his wife Carmen, was a passenger on the number 200 bus when it went through a wormhole onto the planet San Helios. He comforted his wife as the rest of the passengers plus the Tenth Doctor repaired the bus. He was later returned home. (DW: Planet of the Dead)
