Detective Inspector Kathy Swanson was a police officer in Cardiff.

Biography

Kathy helped Torchwood 3 when Suzie Costello locked them inside the Hub. She bought a poetry book by Emily Dickinson with the ISBN used to unlock the Hub. She displayed some hostility towards Torchwood regarding their activities and interference in murder cases. She later opened up to their activities. (TW: They Keep Killing Suzie)
