Ulysses was a Time Lord, who once travelled through time in a TARDIS with a female human and blue-skinned humanoid. Ulysses was one one of the first Time Lords to take a new name; Daniel Joyce, taken from Earth mythology. During his travels he encountered several other Time Lords including Savar, Lady Larna and Marnal.
