Redvers Fenn-Cooper

Redvers Fenn-Cooper is a hunter. During a hunting trip to Africa he sees a bright light that sends him mad, he claims it had wings. He goes to Gabriel Chase and is taken care of there. He gets in on Josiah's plan to kill Queen Victoria. their plan is when the invitations to the palace come the pair will go and so when there shooting the queen using Redvers' hunting skills. Redvers strikes up a relationship with the alien Control and so when the invitations come he takes Control instead of Josiah crushing the evil aliens plans.
