Fred Mullins

Mullins was a porter at Ashbridge Cottage Hospital who overheard Dr. Henderson talking about the Third Doctor's non-human blood samples. He called the Daily Chronicle offices and told the story to James Stevens. (DW: Spearhead from Space, MA: Who Killed Kennedy)
