Gatherer Hade was the Collector's assistant on Pluto.
Biography
Hade collected taxes from the citizens of Megropolis One. He failed to stop the Fourth Doctor and Leela from starting the rebellion against their masters, and was eventually thrown off a roof to his death by the rebels. (DW: The Sun Makers)
