Sex Scene?

As this was cut out from the UK broadcast, did this ever happen? Torchwood is derived from Doctor Who, which is a British TV show. We don't type like an American would, so would we count something canonical like an American fan, no offence Star Trek fans. I think this never happened. What do you think, users?
