- Notable changes include:
- The `Comic-strips! Features! Pin-up!` cover tag is replaced by `Thrilling Adventures in Time and Space`
- Inside pages are numbered and a contents page is shared with ‘A letter from the Doctor’.
- More regular `filling` features include a page of Fantastic Facts and a UNIT Club Page which readers are encouraged to sign-up too by becoming UNIT members.
- The regular archive feature is replaced by new fiction.
- Published every Thursday this issue had a cover price of 12p (UK).
