Vibeka was a young social activist living in 21st century London. While protesting against CCPC violence, she was arrested by CCPC officers and detained by Inspector Drake. She was sent to Magdalene Academy, where she noticed that the girls in Melaina's study group started behaving oddly after being given bracelets. Jorjie Turner befriended Vibeka upon arriving at the Academy, who warned Jorjie about the bracelets. When Vibeka was given a bracelet and fell under its influence, Jorjie informed Starkey, but when he arrived Vibeka began flirting with him, distracting him from Jorjie. Vibeka was freed when K9 destroyed the bracelets, but as a result was also no longer interested in Starkey, much to his disappointment. (K9TV: Sirens of Ceres)
