A cyborg is a being which is a combination of technological and biological elements.

Both the Mondasian Cybermen and Cybus Cybermen were prime examples of cyborg.

On the planet Sto, cyborgs were discriminated, a prime example being the case of Max Capricorn. (DW: Voyage of the Damned)
