Allen Shapiro
Allen Shapiro was a high ranking member of the CIA.
Biography
In 2011, he went to Angelo Colasanto's house, where he viewed evidence on the eye-5 contact lenses that Brian Friedkin was working for the families, and had framed Rex Matheson and Esther Drummond. Shapiro had Friedkin arrested, along with Colasanto's granddaughter, Olivia Colasanto. Unfortunately, Friedkin blew up the car that he and Olivia were in, making them both category ones. After Angelo became the first person on the planet to die since Miracle Day, Shapiro made it a priority to find out how he died. Esther found a null field generator under the floor where Angelo's bed had been. Captain Jack Harkness refused to tell Shapiro what the device was, so he had Gwen Cooper deported in an attempt to make Harkness talk. Harkness explained what the device was, but stole it and escaped with Drummond. (TW: End of the Road)
