Lodmoor Research Facility

Lodmoor Research Facility was under the direction of the Ministry of Defence. They had a large archive which kept among other things had a blueprint for a sonic modulator. Toshiko Sato worked there prior to her imprisonment by UNIT for stealing the blueprint under duress (TW: Fragments)
