Meta Sigma Folio

Meta Sigma Folio was a planet the Doctor offered to visit with Martha Jones before she left him. He described the skies as like 'oil on water'. Bursts of starfire were a regular sight on the coasts of this world. (DW: The Last of the Time Lords)
