R.O.O. refers to the triumvirate of Rassilon, Omega and the Other.
There were many R.O.O. texts created. Many of these Elder Books of the Dark Time are written based on the rituals of the Gods of Ragnarok and the Eternals. These books contain the rites and incantations that can control the Chronovores. The Green Book Of Gallifrey, and the the Little Black Book of Gallifrey speak of the Timewyrm, the end of the Universe and tells of a white hole catastrophy in the future. The Little Red Book of Gallifrey dealt with the Dark Time, magical incantations, Rassilon the Ravanger, Omega the Fallen, and the Other. The Ancient Covenant is compact that forbids the Time Lords from reaching the Six-Fold Realm. The Other Scrolls have a prophecy of a Time Lord who will find the Lost Scrolls of Rassion and will lead Gallifrey from darkness. Other important texts are Our Planet's Story, The Triumphs of Rassilon, The Bones of the Dead, and the Runes of Rassilon.[1]
