Eileen was a female human who lived in the United Kingdom, Earth in the 21st century. She fell in love with one of the ghosts appearing across the world and they got engaged. She appeared on Trisha Goddard's talk show where she defended her love for the ghost. She did not know that her fiance was actually a Cyberman from another universe. (DW: Army of Ghosts)
