Fledgling Empires

The Fledgling Empires were some of the earliest interstellar empires in this universe during the Dark Times. Apparently led by the Gallifreyans, they warred against the Racnoss Empire circa 4.6 billion years ago.
After the war against the Racnos, the Gallifreyans removed all Huon energy from the universe to prevent the Racnoss ever becoming a powerful force again. Huon energy's major had been in Racnoss' defence systems. (DW: The Runaway Bride)
